The staff were friendly and helpful. The location provides easy access to many nearby attractions. The beach had beautiful corals and diverse fish. The swimming pools were fabulous, especially the main pool, suitable for all ages. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
The mini-bar replenishment service was inconsistent. It would be better if the mini bar were restocked daily and without needing to request it specifically. This issue could be addressed to further improve the experience.

The breakfast had a wide array of choices. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The hotel provided a quiet, peaceful atmosphere suitable for families. The location was also convenient, close to Soho Square and its entertainment options.
The pillows in the room had an odor upon arrival, but they were promptly replaced after I reported it.

i found the staff very friendly and respectful. they maintained clean rooms, and the pool and beach were also nice. the location worked well (especially access to soho square).
the rooms had old furniture, and the minibar was empty upon arrival, even though i booked all inclusive.
