I had a lovely time at this resort, which offered a great atmosphere for relaxation and fun with friends. The rooms were nicely equipped, and despite being a bit of a trek away from the beach and pool, they were still comfortable. I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Soho Square with plenty of evening options. However, there were issues with my room, as I was downgraded from a King to a twin bed setup, which wasn't ideal. While some staff members were fantastic, the overall service seemed inconsistent and could use improvement. Dining was a highlight with great quality food but not without some downsides.
